At Sorted Space, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This will be clearly noted on the product listing where applicable.
